On August 2, at 8:35 a.m., Peggy Thomas of 29 Fletcher Lane came and reported they had some tires and rims taken from their residence. Four Nissan rims with tires and three Chevy rims. Thomas later noticed a catalytic converter was also missing off their Toyota Rav4 and the inspection sticker had been removed.

On August 5, at approximately 7:27 a.m., Police were informed of a vehicle upside down located at the intersection of Scott Road and Glenside Avenue.

Upon arrival, police found a gray 2000 Toyota Tundra with Vermont registration coming back to Kolby Bourdeau, of Jefferson, who was not at the scene. Later, Bourdeau stated he had stopped on the side of the road on Glenside Avenue to check his phone and as he did, his vehicle rolled backward slightly and went off the east side of the road, rolled down the embankment and rested on its roof.

On August 10, Hardwick Police made a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 14 in Hardwick for a motor vehicle violation (vehicle not registered) and found the operator identified as Richard Daigle, of Woodbury. His license was under suspension criminally. He was issued a court citation to appear in Caledonia Superior Court, Criminal Division, on Sept. 18, for this offense.
