CRAFTSBURY – The Craftsbury Community Care Center has launched its spring fundraiser by offering a raffle for seven sports options that include two tickets to the Boston Celtics’ April 12 home game against N.C. Hornets; a golf package for four at Greensboro’s Mountain View Country Club, Jay Peak ski lift passes, Craftsbury Outdoor Center membership or day passes, ski or bike rental from MountainOps in Stowe, basketball signed by the Boston Celtics and a hockey puck signed by Boston Bruins star Pavel Zacha.
Ticket-buyers choose which prize they want to go for, and may buy one ticket, or buy tickets for all at $10 each ($25 for three).
The Care Center chose this multi-prize format to appeal to neighbors of all ages and interests; as a non-profit residential care home providing support to elders of all socioeconomic sectors (including Medicaid-based), its fundraising events are critical to closing financial gaps for this essential service.
Buy tickets online at craftsburycommunitycarecenter.org, from Care Center board members, or from the QR code on posters throughout our communities.
Drawings for all seven prizes begins at 2 p.m., Friday, March 15, at Craftsbury Community Care Center, 1784 E. Craftsbury Road. For more information, contact Kim at (802) 586-2415, or Penelope at (802) 586-2486.
