On February 9, at 10:30 p.m., someone drove into the parking lot at Aubuchon in a pickup and stole 35 bags of pellets and then left. Anyone with information, contact the Hardwick Police Department at (802) 472-5475.
On February 4 at 7:58 p.m., the Hardwick Police Department responded to a residence on Daniels Road for the report of a theft from a motor vehicle.
The complaining victim said between $50 and $100 in cash was stolen from her car, which had been parked in the driveway. The vehicle itself was not damaged and no other items were taken from the car.
The Hardwick Police Department would like to remind everyone to lock their vehicles and not to leave valuable items in the car.
