Coles Pond Sledders President Perley Greaves (right) and Eric Kittredge, (second from right) trail groomer, serve some of the 247 people who attended the annual Sourdough Pancake Brunch fundraiser throughout the morning in the downstairs hall of the Walden Methodist Church Sunday. Thirty-eight of the brunches were given to the 19 landowners as a thank you for the use of their land for the trails.
Snowmobilers arrive for the annual Coles Pond Sledders Sourdough Pancake Brunch held at the Walden Methodist Church, February 18. Donations collected from the fundraiser are used for trail maintenance.
Vanessa Fournier graduated from Hazen Union School in 1973 and went to work taking photos in Bennington, then returned to Hardwick to work for Vin Zecchinelli of Farland Studio for several years. She started her own photo business in 1979. She's been in photography for over 50 years, working for The Hardwick Gazette for 44 years. She retired in 2023 and is still taking pictures for The Gazette because she still loves what she does.
