On February 22, Berlin officers were monitoring traffic on Paine Turnpike North and stopped a vehicle operated by Justin Bishop of Craftsbury for a motor vehicle violation. After further investigation, Bishop was placed under arrest for Driving Under the Influence-Drugs and processed. Bishop was cited and released with a court date in early April.
