Michael Bald

GREENSBORO – The Greensboro Conservation Commission will present a program featuring  Michael Bald of “Got Weeds?” at the Greensboro Free Library on Sunday, April 28, at 3 p.m.

Bald will provide an orientation to terrestrial invasive plants and effective manual control methods.

He will briefly outline the impacts of exotic, non-native plants on our native pollinators and functional landscapes, following with a session on safe outdoor work habits.

Mike Bald is the founder and owner of “Got Weeds?” in Royalton, a one-person operation offering non-chemical management options for landowners through much of New England. He is also a member of the Vermont Invasive Exotic Plant Advisory Committee.
