Vermont State Police Report

On May 1, at approximately 10:55 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to a report of an alleged violation of conditions of release. An investigation determined that Chip Schneider, of Walden, had violated active conditions of release issued by Caledonia County Court. Schneider was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing. Schneider was later released with a citation to appear at the Caledonia County Court on May 27, at 8:30 a.m., to answer to the above charge.
