Daniels is House Candidate

Share article

My name is Anthony (Tony) Daniels, and I am a candidate for Vermont House of representatives Orleans-4 district on the Republican ticket, Albany, Craftsbury, Glover and Greensboro.

My family has lived in Albany for almost 150 years, so I have deep roots here. I grew up on a dairy farm and after graduating from Lake Region Union High School I went into the building trades and have owned my own business for over 40 years.

Through the years I have served on the Albany Select Board for nine years acting as chair, the Lake Region High School board of directors, acting as vice-chair and chair of finance committee, the Orleans Country Club board of directors, also on budget committee. I think these experiences working with people will help me in the house of representatives.

As our representative, it will be my job to listen to the voters of my district and work with all legislators, regardless of party line, to resolve these issues.

We need to keep it affordable to live here now and so future generations can stay. It is very important to get out and vote. You can make a difference.
