Aging Well Presentation June 24

HARDWICK — Valerie Valcour, RN, from the Vermont Department of Health will make a presentation on aging well and brain health on Monday, June 24, 6:30 p.m., at the Jeudevine Memorial Library. Valcour will discuss making healthy choices and lifestyle decisions that can help adapt to changes that come with time. Valcour will share insights on how lifestyle choices can support healthy aging and how brain health is linked to aging. This event is free and open to the public.
