WESTMINSTER, Md. – Joseph Thayer Chabot passed on June 29, age 54, in Westminster. He was born November 11, 1969 in Morristown, Vt, and resided in East Hardwick, Vt., as a child. He is survived by one son, Mason M. Chabot of Westminster; one brother, Mathew W. Chabot of Vergennes, Vt., nieces and nephew; and mother Rosalie Warshaw.
