PLAINFIELD – A book and bulb sale by Friends of Cutler Library to benefit the library will be held Saturday, Sept. 28, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., on the lawn.

Books are priced to move, some free. A bag sale of remainders starts at 2 p.m.

Bulbs may be ordered anytime online through the Bloomin Bucks program

run by Brent and Becky’s Bulbs. Scroll down to choose Cutler Library as the charity. There is a list of squirrel-resistant bulbs and further instructions at the sale and on the Friends of Cutler Library Facebook page.

Some baked goods will be available at the sale.

The sale is under tents, so rain or shine. The library is located at 151 High Street, right on Route 2.
