PLAINFIELD — Saturday, Sept. 28, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., there will be a final flood waste disposal opportunity for Plainfield residents at the park and ride, 65 Main Street. There is no scheduled town organized roadside pickup of flood trash. Do not leave trash on roadsides, at the park and ride, on the stone wall, at the Mill Street Park or at the rec field. A resident of the property disposing of trash on the day must accompany the load(s) to be accepted by the State of Vermont, who is sponsoring this collection.
