Community Contra Dance, Oct. 11

CABOT – The Cabot Community Contra Dance will be held on Friday, Oct.11, featuring the calling of Don Stratton, of Bristol. The dance takes place in the third floor space in the Willey Building (Cabot Town Hall, 3084 Main Street), from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Live music is provided by a group of local musicians. Everyone is welcome, and anyone can dance with anyone, generally changing partners with each dance. All dances are taught, with instructions beginning at 7 p.m., and all dances are taught by the caller.

Admission is on a sliding scale, $5 to $10 suggested, but nobody is turned away. Bring a water bottle, or water and cups will be provided. Masks are welcomed but not required.
