HARDWICK – Dr. Karen Griffin, PhD, will be at Front Seat Coffee on Friday, Oct. 18, at 4 p.m., to help canine owners understand the importance of cognitive stimulation for dogs. ]

Griffin is the executive director of The Dog Rehoming Project. She will teach dog owners about many ways to keep a dog’s brain busy when they’re young and young-at-heart, and will help tailor activities to match your dog’s personality and specific needs.

This event is a fundraiser for The Dog Rehoming Project. The Dog Rehoming Project, is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to bridge the gap between research and the people who need it, putting science behind dog sheltering and dog rehoming. Donations can be made through the organization’s website in advance at thedogrehomingproject.org/donate, or in person at the event.
