Mutual Aid Response, Feb. 25

GREENSBORO – On February 25, at 4:30 p.m., the Greensboro Fire Department responded mutual aid with all units to 36 Mini Mart Drive in East Hardwick for a structure fire. The initial crews from Hardwick Fire Dept made an initial attack and stopped the fire from progressing any further into the rear of the structure. Ventilation was setup and crews entered the structure checking for any further extension into the building. The fire was contained to the front section and did not damage the nearby buildings. Crews were on scene for approximately two hours before returning.
