PLAINFIELD – Central Vermont Community Radio is celebrating 52 years of WGDR and 15 of WGDH at a birthday party, Saturday, June 7, noon to 3 p.m., with food, drinks, DJs and music.
There will be a short program toward the start of the party. Food, tours of the station will be available.
The station is located on the far side of campus in the basement of the Pratt library building. Follow signs for directions and parking. Rain location is inside the station. Donations for the station will be accepted toward a $2,000 goal that will be dollar-for-dollar matched by the weekend’s sponsors.
