EAST HARDWICK – Saturday, July 19, proved to be the perfect afternoon for the first Touch of Grace appreciation dinner for the Hardwick Police and Fire Departments and the Greensboro Fire Department. With the sun shining and a slight breeze, members of the Touch of Grace congregation gathered Saturday afternoon to thank the area’s first responders with a barbecue meal of steak and chicken. A variety of sides and desserts were available. Town manager David Upson was present, as was Police Chief Mike Henry.
