SCARBOROUGH, Me. – On July 22, Hannaford Supermarkets issued a recall for its private brand blondies purchased from the bakery department at all stores due to mislabeling.
The 15 oz. four-pack of Hannaford Blondies, purchased through Monday, July 21, may be missing the “walnuts” allergen specification on its label. The recalled products have a UPC code of 04126877040.
Customers should check their storage and freezer areas for this product and not eat the product if they have an allergy to walnuts. The items may be returned to your local Hannaford for a full refund. There have been no reports of illness or injury. All unsold impacted products have been removed from sale.
