HARDWICK — Hardwick Police conducted a traffic stop on Zachary Goodell on Vt. Rte. 15 W for a civil traffic violation. Upon running Goodell’s license through DMV it was learned that Goodell’s license to operate a motor vehicle was suspended criminally. Goodell was arrested, processed at the Hardwick Police department and released on a citation to appear in Caledonia District Court on September 15.
