WOODBURY – Hardwick Electric Department (HED) crews restored service to customers at 6 a.m., August 19, due to a major motor vehicle accident on Route 14 in Woodbury involving a utility pole and wires down. Two customers remained impacted, awaiting a service and still needing repairs. Due to the accident, initially 500 customers were experiencing an outage.
