GREENSBORO – On December 10 while on duty for the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, Deputy Cota responded to a report of a Domestic Assault in Greensboro. After speaking with the victim, Deputy Cota located Harold Lanphere at his residence in Greensboro and placed him under arrest. Lanphere was lodged at Northern State Correctional Facility on $10,000 bail.
