CABOT – Sunday morning, January 25, Cabot Fire Department responded to a Carbon Monoxide (CO) alarm at a Cabot residence. Firefighters used a gas meter and thermal imaging camera to identify the source of CO to be a malfunction in a wood burning stove after ruling out other sources. The firebox was emptied and ventilation commenced before turning the residence back over to the homeowners.
