PLAINFIELD – On April 27, at approximately 7:30 p.m., the Vermont State Police received a report of a domestic disturbance that occurred on Main Street in the Town of Plainfield. Troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded to the scene. Further investigation revealed that Mikell Parizo, who has a history of Domestic Assault, caused bodily injury to a household member.
On April 29, at approximately 9:38 a.m. Parizo was located and arrested for Second Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault without incident then transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing. He was later transported to the Vermont Superior Court, Washington County, Criminal Division for his arraignment that was scheduled on April 29, at 12:30 p.m., to answer to the above charge.
PLAINFIELD – On April 27, at 7:30 p.m., Savannah Sutter of Plainfield contacted Vermont State Police. Subsequently, Sutter was found to have an active and extraditable arrest warrant from the State of Maine for Drug Trafficking. Sutter was taken into custody without incident and later transported to the Chittenden County Correctional Complex. Per order of the court, Sutter was held on $5,000 bail and ordered to appear in Washington County Superior Court.
