HARDWICK – Coming off the heels of his Hazen Union varsity boys basketball program’s seventh Division III State Championship, head coach Aaron Hill is set to hit the quarter-century mark on his Hazen Hoop Camp this summer.
The camp will run from July 13-17 at the Hazen Union gymnasium. Hill, his coaching staff, along with present and former players from both the Wildcat and Lady Cat championship teams, will be in attendance. The Hazen Lady Cats captured their second Division III State Championship in the last three years this past March. It marked the first time in school history that both programs captured state titles in the same season. The camp for grades 3-6 will run from 9 a.m. to noon. Grades 7-9 will follow from 1 to 4 p.m. Cost for participants will be $35.
