The annual community cider pressing day was held at the Caledonia Grange No. 9 in East Hardwick on September 23. Grange No. 9 secretary Meredith Holch (left), volunteer Dakota Ward (center) and Grange member Jeff Reinhardt (right) run a cider press furnished by Cate Hill Farm. The event included music, apple fritters, hot dogs and games co-sponsored by the Small Farm Guild and the Caledonia Grange No. 9.
