On March 22, at 12:03 a.m., the Hardwick Police Department stopped Alex L. Maldonado, of Greensboro Bend, for a motor vehicle violation on Mill Street in the town of Hardwick. At the time of the stop, Maldonado’s license was under criminal suspension in the state of Vermont. In addition, he had pretrial Conditions of Release stating he could not operate a motor vehicle. He was issued a citation to appear on April 15 in Caledonia Superior Court to answer to the charges of DLS and Violation of Conditions of Release.
