Restorative Justice Presentation, Dec. 9

The Jeudevine Memorial Library will present Michael Malick of the Community Restorative Justice Center in St. Johnsbury and Mark Scott, Youth Programs Director for Lamoille Restorative Center, at the Hardwick Community Center at 56 High Street, on Monday, Dec. 9, at 6:30 p.m., to learn how restorative justice is used in communities and schools.

Restorative justice (RJ) addresses conflict and crime that enables the person who caused the harm, people who were affected by the harm, and the community to create a meaningful solution. It focuses on repairing damage and restoring relationships.
