Supreme Court Lecture, Feb. 12

MONTPELIER — The  fourth  program in the lecture series on  recent Supreme Court decisions will take place Wednesday,  Feb, 12,  at 7 p.m.  This is a virtual presentation. Rep. Rebecca Holcombe and Harrison Stark, senior staff attorney at ACLU Vermont will discuss the  potential impacts of the June, 2022,  Supreme Court decision  that  Maine’s nonsectarian requirement for the otherwise generally available tuition assistance payments violates the Free Exercise Clause.  This program will be moderated by Middlesex Town Moderator Susan Clark Send questions in advance to
