The Caja Madera food truck visits Highland Lodge for the last Margarita Monday event of the summer season, Labor Day, September 1. Through the fall and winter, the Taqueria is open Tuesday to Friday 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., at 154 West Route 14, Hardwick.
