GLOVER – The Bread & Puppet Circus will present The Upside Down World Circus each Sunday, July 19 to August 30, at 3 p.m., on the Bread & Puppet Farm. The circus includes stilt dancers, paper maché beasts of all sizes, and a brass band. Following the circus, starting around 4:30 p.m., massive pageant will commence on the field. After each show Bread & Puppet will serve its sourdough rye bread with aioli, and “Cheap Art,” books, posters, postcards, pamphlets and banners from the Bread & Puppet Press for sale.
Tickets to summer shows is modest with no one turned away for lack of funds. Admission is by donation upon arrival for children 12 and under.
