Cabot Community Contra Dance on Jan. 12

CABOT – The second Friday Cabot Community Contra Dance will be held on Friday, Jan. 12, in the Willey Building (Cabot Town Hall, 3084 Main St). The dance is held from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., with a short intro session for new folks at 7:15 p.m. The dances will be taught and called by Lausanne Allen, of Bristol. Live music is provided by a wonderful group of local musicians, led by Franklin Heyburn. Everyone is welcome, and all dances are taught. Admission is on a sliding scale, $5-10, but nobody is turned away. Water and cups will be provided, or bring a water bottle. Masks are welcomed but not required.
