Share article

HARDWICK – The Hardwick Gazette and Hardwick Community Television (HCTV) teamed up to
interview all the candidates in Vermont’s 2024 elections for the six House and four Senate seats in the eleven towns covered by the Gazette.
Each candidate was asked the same seven questions and given two minutes to respond.
The questions and summarized answers for the contested Orleans and Caledonia County Senate races
and the Orleans-4 House race appeared last week.
The Caledonia-2 House Race candidates appear this week.
Candidates in the remaining uncontested primary races will appear in coming weeks.
The questions were asked by Gazette Intern Lucia McCallum and Editor Paul Fixx. Summaries were
written by Intern Raymonda Parchment, McCallum and Fixx. Some candidates were interviewed over
Zoom by Fixx.
Video recording and editing was done by Kurt Bos of HCTV.
Complete video programs of the recorded interviews are available at HCTV.US, the HCTV YouTube
Channel and can be downloaded from the HCTV Vimeo page.
