Nepal Trek Talk, Oct. 27

In April, 2024, Melissa Jacobs and Jeri Wohlberg undertook a 150-mile trek in the Nepal Himalaya, around Mount Manaslu and over the 17,000 foot Laryka La Pass. On Sunday, Oct. 27, at 6 p.m., at the Craftsbury Public Library, the pair will share photos and memories from their trip, from mule trains to suspension bridges, harrowing jeep rides, scenic monasteries, Nepalese dal bhat, Tibetan prayer flags, and prized aphrodisiac caterpillars.
