To the editor:
The Hardwick Academy/Hazen Union Alumni Association met last Thursday morning. The HAHUAA just wants to reiterate, we have mailed out roughly 700 bell ballots using all our H.A. alumni addresses on file. We continue to have envelopes kicked back to us with incorrect addresses.
Everyone should know we are not throwing these out, we are actually going online, looking up the correct addresses and mailing these returned envelopes back out. We spent a good portion of our meeting doing just that. Rest assured we are doing our absolute best to make sure every eligible H.A. alumni gets a ballot.
If you are a H.A. alumni, and haven’t received a ballot, please email Dave Burnham at [email protected] with your correct address. Please return ballots as soon as possible, we plan to count the ballots sometime in mid November. If you miss the Oct. 31 deadline, we will still accept ballots up to the counting date. So keep sending them in.
