Olympic athlete to visit library, April 24

Share article

CRAFTSBURY  – Olympian Susan Dunklee will share stories and photos from the 2026 Paralympics in Italy at the Craftsbury Public Library on April 24, at 6 pm.  Dunklee will share an inside look at the athletes, training routines, race-day nerves and triumphs, adaptive equipment, and the teamwork that makes elite para-sport possible. Craftsbury had two residents supporting Team USA at the event: Dunklee worked as a biathlon coach and Audrey Mangan served as a ski wax technician. They will share some of their images from behind the scenes, memorable moments on and off the snow, and leave time for questions about coaching, accessibility in winter sports, and what it takes to compete at the highest level. For more information, contact the library at (802) 586-9683.
