To the editor:
This past weekend the Hardwick Academy and Hazen Union alumni held their annual banquet at the Brochu Pavilion in Hardwick and golf outing at the Mountain View Country Club in Greensboro. The rainy weather didn’t hamper the large turnout at both events.
Mike Clark and Pat Hussey, along with Dave Burnham have organized this event for many years. Their dedication to this gathering is beyond special. Karen Hall, Gail Luther O’Brien and Lorrie Brochu Curtis deserve much respect and gratitude for their part in food preparation and serving and Brenda Eastman for her picture taking.
This affair is unique and special to this area. All alumni should be proud.
