Share article

GREENSBORO – Opera Vermont Director Josh Collier will present a free talk on January 21, at 1 p.m., at Highland Center for the Arts (HCA). HCA and Greensboro Free Library are teaming up with Opera Vermont to offer this free talk.  Collier will talk about all things opera, offering an inside look at opera from an internationally touring singer and director. Aficionados and newcomers to opera are welcome.  HCA will offer Opera Vermont’s performance of “Tosca” from February 17 to February 18, as well as a special Valentine’s Day dinner with the opera artists the preceding Wednesday.  More information and tickets can be found at the HCA website, highlandartsvt.org/.  GFL and HCA are also looking for volunteers to provide local housing for the opera performers and orchestra members from February 14 through February 18. Contact Sharon Putney at [email protected] to discuss housing.
