Cochran Family Reunites on July 20

BARNET – On Saturday, July 20, the Cochran family reunion was held at the home of Gary Cochran in Barnet. Seventy family members attended, coming from the states of Washington, Virginia, Texas, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Oklahoma and in Vermont from the towns of Milton, Walden, St. Johnsbury, Plainfield, Morrisville, Peacham, Barre, Montpelier, Barnet and Lowell.

The prize for the oldest went to Betty Cochran, for the youngest Wesley Craig. The person traveling the greatest distance was Renee Myrtvedt.

People from the families of Wilfred and Francese Cochran, Harold and Olive Watt Cochran, Wayne and Gloria Cochran, Milton and Betty Cochran, Merlin and Polly Cochran, Melvin and Alberta Cochran and Carlton and Ginny Cochran attended. All are descendants of Orlin and Ella Cochran.

A potluck meal was Followed by the food auction.
