HARDWICK – The Hardwick Gazette and Hardwick Community Television will present a candidate forum on Monday, Oct. 21, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., in the Hazen Union library. Candidates for the Vermont legislature will participate in conversations with fellow candidates and constituents. Candidates will respond to questions about current Vermont issues posed by participants and local community journalists.
The main part of the program will be a large group discussion with the two major candidates to represent Caledonia County in the Vermont Senate, Scott Beck and Amanda Cochrane. Participants will then have the opportunity for smaller group discussions with these candidates plus Sabrina Morrison, state representative candidate for Hardwick, Walden, and Stannard.
