MARSHFIELD – There will be an art opening for “Portraits” with Artist Eddie Epstein and a poetry reading with author Bob Messing on Friday, Oct. 25, at 6 p.m., at the Jaquith Library.
“I’ve been doing portraits for as long as I can remember. Perhaps the most difficult of subjects, it’s the most interesting for me. Nothing more challenging or intriguing than trying to capture a real person’s character on canvas,” said Epstem. The poetry reading will begin at 7 p.m. Refreshments will be served. The library is located at Old Schoolhouse Common, 122 School St. For information, email [email protected], call (802) 426-3581 or visit jaquithpubliclibrary.org
