On May 6, Sgt. George Johnson, Cpl. Steven Hartwell and Off. Daniel Ellingwood were dispatched to 51 Depot Square, St. Johnsbury, for a report of people doing drugs in the parking lot. Arriving in the parking lot of 51 Depot Square, Police observed Vermont registered KDR 463.

A female, later identified as Natalia Shea of East Hardwick, was in the driver’s seat of this vehicle with it on/running. Police observed Shea having glossy bloodshot eyes and slowed speech, so an investigation was conducted along with SFSTs (Stanndardized Field Sobriety Testing) and it was determined that Shea was under the influence of drugs. Shea was arrested.
