Theft
On April 6, Berlin Officers were advised of an alleged theft that had occurred at Walmart earlier that day. Upon their arrival, they spoke with employees who provided sworn written statements and surveillance videos of the alleged theft and suspect.
Officers also posted a Facebook post and news media release with the alleged accused subject’s pictures asking for the public’s help in identifying her. She was identified by members of the public as Logan Ballard of Woodbury.
Upon locating Ballard on May 14, she was issued a citation to appear in the State of Vermont Superior Court Criminal Division on June 27, at 8:30 a.m.
