MONTPELIER — The following local students at the Community College of Vermont (CCV) earned associate degrees at CCV’s 2024 Commencement on Saturday, June 1. They include Kyly Clark from Calais, Monica Sue Billings, Madeleine Foster-Pudvah and Natalie Geoffroy from Hardwick; and Darcy A. Bohannon, Jammie L. Lafountain and Austin J. Lowell from Wolcott.
