Car Rollover Accident
HARDWICK – On June 21, at 8:15 a.m., the Hardwick Fire Department (HFD) was toned for mutual aid to Greensboro near Eligo Lake on Vt. Rte. 14 for a one-car rollover accident. Engine 1 and Engine 2 responded to the scene to assist the Greensboro Fire Dept. On arrival, a vehicle was found on its roof blocking the southbound lane. The operator exited the vehicle with no injuries. Traffic was reduced to one lane for about one hour until the vehicle was up righted and loaded onto a flatbed. All HFD apparatus was back in quarters by 9:30 a.m.
