On June 19, at approximately 9:35 a.m., the Vermont State Police, St. Johnsbury Barracks, was notified of a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Vt. Rte. 15 and Vt. Rte. 215 in the town of Walden. Initial investigation revealed that a vehicle, operated by Richard Chase, of Marshfield, was traveling west on Vt. Rte. 15 and was attempting to make a left-hand turn onto Vt. Rte. 215. While turning left, he struck a vehicle driven by Nadya Drum, of Walden, which was traveling east on Vt. Rte. 15. Neither operator sustained injuries from the crash. The Vermont State Police was assisted by Walden Fire Department.
