Monday through Friday, motorists should expect alternating one-way traffic during daylight hours from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Flaggers will be present to assist motorists through the work zone.

The agency said motorists should plan for moderate delays and use caution while traveling through the work zone.

The Plainfield project is for emergency slope stabilization on U.S. Route 2 (U.S. 2) approximately 0.2 mile west of the intersection with Vermont Route 214 (VT 214) in Plainfield.
