Cabot is the anchor tenant of the Yellow Barn retail space and Jasper Hill Farm and the Center for an Agricultural Economy are the anchor tenants for the Business Accelerator building.

Former owners of the Yellow Barn in Hardwick, Tim and Bobbie Nisbet and Stephen Ferber, stand in front of the newly-renovated historic building. They sold it on November 21, 2017, to the 1771 Group who sold it to the Town of Hardwick in 2019.
