Farmers to Hear Strategies for Resilience Resources, Jan. 16

CABOT – A meeting for Cabot and area farmers will be held Thursday, Jan. 16, at 2 p.m., in the Willey Building on Main Street. Jessica Hays Lucas, grassroots policy organizer for Northeast Organic Farmers Association, (NOFA VT) will share strategies to be presented to the legislature to help all Vermont farms with resources after a climate or environmental disaster.

Greg Burtt, representative-elect, a farmer from Cabot, will be on hand to listen to concerns to present to the legislature.
