ORLEANS – On December 17, Deputy Cota was on patrol assisting St. Johnsbury Police Department with shift coverage. A vehicle was located parked on the side of a road. After checking with dispatch, the vehicle came back registered to an individual with an active arrest warrant. Upon conducting an investigative stop, the individual with the warrant was not in the vehicle but the operator, Denise Fradette, of Hardwick, was subsequently arrested for DUI drugs. She has a court date of March 10.
