GREENSBORO – Results of a town survey conducted by the Greensboro Planning Commission will be the subject of a community conversation, Wednesday, Jan. 15, 5:30 p.m. at the Greensboro United Church of Christ Fellowship Hall.
Proximity to nature, a sense of peace and a tight-knit community rank highest in what residents cherish about Greensboro, according to the findings of the town survey, carried out in the Fall of 2024 by the Greensboro Planning Commission.
Residents are invited to a community supper. There will be a presentation of the key survey results, followed by breakout sessions addressing three issues identified in the survey: community reconnection, town government and communications and future residential and commercial development.

Additional community events are planned for 2025 to help develop a vision and plan for the town’s future.
